The hollow core 800lb Dyneema is added for optimum abrasion resistance. The tip itself has been through multiple rounds of machine polishing to smooth every exposed corner in order to prevent dyneema breaks. It comes with a back up dyneema strand and micro rubber bands for holding the dyneema and keeping the tip in place.
