The JBL Hardened Slide Bushing - 5/16" is crafted from hardened stainless steel. When used with a spring slide ring, this bushing is for all JBL spearguns, and any other spearguns for that matter, with a 5/16" shaft and a slide ring stop. Why would you need a hardened slide bushing? Better accuracy and a reduction in the slack in your line. Two things that make the biggest difference when hunting under water. All managed by this small bushing and a spring slide ring.
