Have SCUBA tanks and need a quick, easy way to secure them? The Brass Ring 2 inch and a cut resistant cable is all you need. Depressurize your tanks (or do this when you buy them new), screw the valve off, slip the Brass Ring 2" onto the neck of each tank, reattach the valve and all you need is a cut resistant cable to slip through the rings. Because of the size of the ring and the pressure in the tanks, nobody can run off with your tanks.
