The long sleeve cut helps to provide thermal protection all the way from your wrists to your neck and hips, but the real warmth comes from the triple layer technology. Along the inner layer, the Polar Fleece fabric keeps you feeling cozy and comfortable. The middle layer features the ceramic technology that reflects your body heat back to you for optimum warmth. Don’t worry though, it’s surprisingly breathable and also pulls perspiration away from the body, while at the same time keeping water in your environment from entering the top. Finally, the outer layer is a stretchy lycra material that keeps you feeling free to move around.

You can rock this top on its own when diving or snorkeling in temperate to slightly cooler waters, but you can also wear it underneath a wetsuit to add an extra layer of warmth in cold waters. If you’re taking those colder dips and donning your thicker suit over, the thumb loops will keep the sleeves in place, and there’s a silicone strip along the inner edge of the top to keep everything else in place as well.
