In 1992, Highland Millworks started creating cylinder bands in a barn behind founder Joe McGrath’s home. Joe was meticulous about the process and quality of the gear he engineered. Around 2008, Joe merged Highland with XS Scuba, and shortly after passed away. The Highland name continues to be a highly sought after brand for its well-known quality and attention to detail for what technical divers need.
